West Bluff Capital, Inc. (WBC) is founded on real estate investments and much of the companies emphasis is in real estate. WBC has a division that focuses on acquiring properties that have upside potential, including single family homes and multifamily investments. WBC will look at development projects, entitlements, urban redevelopment, and large and small rehab projects.
